ARMSTRONG is my senior herdsire with an incredible pedigree to work with. He is a long, dairy three year-old with good substance of bone. I particularly like the correct, strong structure to his head and outstanding topline.
His dam, AMICALE, is a doe that I have admired since judging the 2004 REDGA show in Santa Rosa. She exeplifies dairy character, levelness of topline and upstandingness with outstanding production. Her dam line includes some of my all-time favorite, French Alpine does; including her dam ALLEGRA - the 1995 ADGA National Show Best Udder and maternal granddam, AURA - the 1986 ADGA Reserve National Champion, what a royal family line!
His daughters have beautiful heads with wide, strong muzzels and correct feet & legs. His four milking daughters in our herd have great teat placement, medial support and improved fore udder extension and milk production.
Our herd has quickly become very related with Freelance progeny and bacause of that I don't have as much use for ARMSTRONG. He is collected, healthy and still young enough to assist another breeding program for years to come. Please inquire if you are interested in adding this proven sire to your herd.
